These terms and conditions apply to all services and products of Best Bike Advice, including the online bike fit service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Definitions
Best Bike Advice is a trade name of Tjojs Technologies B.V., based in Driebergen-Rijsenburg, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 73874132, telephone +31 6 80133295, email info@bestbikeadvice.com.
'Customer' means any natural or legal person placing an order or using our service. 'Website' means www.bestbikeadvice.com.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to every use of the website, every offer, every order and every agreement between Best Bike Advice and the customer. By using the website, the customer is deemed to have read and accepted these terms. Deviations only apply if agreed in writing.
3. Offer and agreement
All offers on the website are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. The agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and Best Bike Advice confirms it.
4. Prices and payment
Prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. Payment is made through the payment methods offered at checkout.
5. Delivery of the online bike fit
After completing the questionnaire and payment, the customer immediately receives the bike fit report digitally. The customer is responsible for accurately taking and submitting the requested body and bike measurements. The quality of the advice depends on the accuracy of these inputs.
6. Money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the bike fit advice, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at info@bestbikeadvice.com. Please include in your request: the email address you use to log in, the date of payment, the full name on the bank account used for payment, and a brief explanation of why you are not satisfied.
After receiving this information, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days. This guarantee does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers.
7. Right of withdrawal
For digital products, the right of withdrawal lapses once performance has begun, provided the customer has explicitly agreed at checkout and acknowledged losing this right. The 14-day money-back guarantee described above offers a broader remedy.
8. Information and advice
Although the website has been compiled with the greatest possible care, Best Bike Advice does not guarantee that the data, information and advice provided are free of errors or imperfections. Use of the information, data and advice on the website is entirely at the customer's own risk.
9. Liability
The bike fit advice is based on data provided by the customer and general biomechanical principles. The advice does not replace medical assessment. Best Bike Advice is not liable for damage arising from applying the advice, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.
Best Bike Advice accepts no liability for malfunctions or other technical issues (including but not limited to viruses) that arise on the customer's side as a result of visiting the website.
10. External links
Best Bike Advice does not guarantee the availability of websites linked from the website and is not responsible for their content.
11. Intellectual property
Copyright in the website, the calculation model behind the bike fit tool and the contents of the report rests with Best Bike Advice. Reproduction or publication in any form is only permitted with prior written consent. The customer may use the information made available solely for personal purposes and shall in particular refrain from any commercial exploitation.
12. Privacy
Our privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data. See the privacy page for more information.
13. Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms and to all agreements. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the district of Midden-Nederland (the Netherlands), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
